MSG Montoya Baylis is a Retired Combat Veteran with 24 years of service in the MSARNG, mother of three, and wife who lives in Meridian, MS. Montoya is a lifetime member of the VFW and current member of the American Legion. In 2020 she received her MBA from AMU, Charles Town, VA, majoring in Accounting. Montoya has been a Notary Public for 14 years and a Tax Preparer for 17 years. She is currently a Notary Signing Agent and an Annual Filing Season Program Participant for tax purposes. In 2021 Montoya launched, The Piggybank Tax Notary, LLC, which handles Tax Preparation/Planning and Mobile Notary assignments. Montoya volunteers at The Care Lodge and is a partner of the Mississippi Children’s Museum-Meridian.
